Ever since the recent update which made Fitbit worse for reviewing sleep scores my Fitbit has stopped receiving text & phone call notifications. Can’t find anywhere to add these features back on. With each update it’s getting more frustrating to sort out. 
I tried supporting Fitbit but feel it’s time to scrap Fitbit and move to an Apple Watch.

Thank you for taking the time to share the details regarding this difficulty with your Charge 5. Sorry to know the inconvenience.

Please, make sure that just your tracker is the device connected on your Fitbit app. To check it up, please to to the upper left corner, tap your device icon and if you see besides your Charge 5 your phone for example, disconnect it by going to the 3 dots.
