Charge 5 stopped recording active minutes and sleep.

Hello all.  My Charge 5 suddenly stopped recording active minutes or sleep. If I go to the calories page on the app, it only shows the exercise minutes that Strava synchronized with the app, the rest is zero.
Similar thing happened with the sleep recording, it shows no data at all from the past two days.

Any help?

Rebooting the device may help.

I use:

FitBit Aria
MyFitnessPal and MapMyRide, Garmin VivoSmart

@Esteban.Diacono  as @LedMatrix suggested, restarting your tracker might help here.  You can do that straight from the Charge 5.  Scroll down to settings from the Clock Face, tap, and scroll up until you get to Restart Device.  Tap and it will restart.

Just in case, on the way to Restart Device, there's a Heart Rate toggle. It would be a good idea to check if that's turned on first.  If your heart rate isn't being measured, Active Zone Minutes and Sleep won't be measured either.

I'm hoping one of those two things will help you.  Good luck!

Change the clock face to retro, I noticed some clock faces do interferes with tracking data. I think Strava and  Fitbit phone app can conflict with each other? I would delete Strava or Fitbit and just keep one health recording app in the phone.
