I have this Change 5 for 4 months and it works as expected. Two weeks ago it failed to show my sleep details all the sudden.
Tried all different fixing suggestions with no luck at all.
Finally I noticed that the heart rate detection stoped working at the same day of losing sleep details.
Is anyone else having this same problem? Is it a hardware failure? Thanks

If you're not getting heart rate detection, then that would affect not getting sleep details.
Do you see the green light on the back of the Charge 5? You should be able to put your finger on the back of the device and see a green light flashing when you lift your finger. If there's no green light, then it sounds like you have a defective device and should contact Fitbit support (<-- click link).
If you see a green light but don't see your heart rate, you might have Heart Rate turned off on your device. To check:

Thanks for your advices. My Charge5 works as expected after turning Heart Rate setting on.
