Charge 5 stopped synching Stress Mgmt, Readiness, Sleep, etc. Why?

My charge 5 stopped synching status like Stress Management, Readiness, Sleep, Health metrics.

It's possible my free Premium membership has expired, but I don't know...seems like I'd get a notification or something.  If I don't have Premium anymore, should the top of my Fitbit app on my phone say Fitbit Premium?

Help.

If you still have a Premium subscription, you should see "fitbit premium" at the top of the Fitbit app on your phone, next to your profile picture. Another way to check is to tap on "Premium" in the Fitbit app on your phone to open the page listing the Premium features. If you tap on any of the features and it opens the corresponding page in your app, then you still have a subscription.

FYI - Fitbit recently announced that they are making the “Fitbit Health Metrics Dashboard” free to all users, which includes trends for both 30-day and 90-day timeframes. This includes the following stats (according to Fitbit):

  • Breathing rate: This metric is the number of breaths you take per minute.
  • Heart-rate variability (HRV): This metric is the variation in time between heartbeats.
  • Skin temperature: This metric is the variation in your skin temperature taken from your wrist while you sleep.
  • Oxygen saturation (SpO2): This metric estimates the amount of oxygen in your blood, and will only be available on compatible devices.
  • Resting heart rate (RHR): This metric is the number of times your heart beats per minute when you are still and well-rested.
