My fitbit charge 5 was working great except it stopped syncing. When I called support they had me update the app and now my watch does not show sleep or heartrate or any of the 5 health tracking. just steps. Called back today and they said it was now the tracker (which worked fine before the syncing with the app) Of course they are saying it is out of warranty. Seems kinda fishy to me ...anyone else have this problem? I have been using Fitbits since they came out but have had nothing but problems since Google bought them...think I am done with them

Been having problems the last few days getting my Charge 5 to sync properly with my iPhone. My wife has an Android and is not having problems. Seems to be timed with the request to move account to Google account.

They have never supported the iPhone app very well. They are usually months behind in getting it updated properly. They have done this several times over the years I’ve had Fitbits. I’ve always been an iPhone user and went with Fitbit because originally they had the best iPhone support but it went down fast. That was over 15 years ago probably longer.
