I am receiving this message today: Couldn't Sync your Charge 5. Are other users experiencing this issue starting around today 12/3/2024?
None of the suggested items work.
Please let me know if the Fitbit/Google system has an issue, This happened at the beginning of October. Before I spend hours like the last time, will this be fixed?

The Fitbit servers were down for a little while, but should be back up.
Try again to sync, and post back if you're still having issues.

I’m having the same problem! I’ve gone through all the steps and it still doesn’t sync! This is so frustrating!

Mine started crashing about that time also. Not only crashes but the only way I've found to get it back was to plug it in. To add to that yesterday the time on my fit bit changed and no matter what I do I can't get it to change back.

I spent 2 hours this afternoon with the help desk going through all the recommended steps and still couldn't pair my Android phone with FitBit Charge 5. Then I read the above post about the Fitbit servers being down and being now back up.
So I gave it another go and managed to successfully pair the phone to the Charge 5.Pity that the help desk didn't inform me that the servers were down. I could have saved 2 hours!

Mine is working again also. Would have been nice to have gotten some kind of message instead of waiting for people to post about it. Anyway thanks for the info

Mine stopped syncing today. I deleted and reinstalled the app, that didn't help. I restarted my Charge 5 and put it in the charger. When I did the battery went from 78% to 42%. It did sync, however my data wasn't all there.
