  • Stopped syncing 4 days ago. Restarted device and phone, forcestopped app, disconnected bluetooth, etc just like the FAQ and help/ support states. Called Customer service and representative stated to do same procedures and restart phone and he would call back in 5 minutes... that was over 12 hours ago!!!!
  • Fitbit charge 5 is bad but customer service is even worse!

Hello @Snowwhite6 First I would make sure you have the latest Fitbit app version, as a new version was just released.

In the Fitbit app (or web dashboard), under your settings, can you see your Fitbit tracker listed?

Since you still haven't synced in a while, I would:

  • Remove the Charge 5 connection from your app
  • Force quit the app and clear the fitbit app cache (phone settings)
  • Forget the fitbit tracker in the phone's bluetooth settings
  • Turn off the phone's bluetooth
  • Restart the tracker
  • Turn the phone's bluetooth on (do not attempt to connect to the fitbit here)
  • Launch the latest fitbit app and follow the prompts to connect to our Charge 5 tracker

This is a bit of a scorched earth approach, but hopefully this helps.
