Hi Community,
since the 3rd of July the Charge 5 does not track distance any more. It always shows 0,0. Training works fine, distance is tracked via GPS and displayed. But the distance figure stays at 0,0. I tried hard reset with the button, removed the tracker from the phone and added it again, but no change. Any idea?

I saw that you reported your issue on a different thread along with other Charge 5 users who are experiencing the same issue.
This issue has been escalated to the Fitbit team. If we hear of an update, we will report back.

Same with me, really unfortunate that this is happening. I have no kms tracked since Wednesday 3rd of July too. I have reported elsewhere in the forum situation.
