Device stopped recording steps, sleep, time, everything Saturday at 4:25 pm. Have tried soft and hard restart. Energy burned only data for today shown on app.

Thanks for letting me know about this situation with your Charge 5 and the data tracked.
Can you let me know if this continues happening, please? The restarts you did are a good way to get this things working out, now, I recommend you to double check you're wearing the Charge 5 correctly, please, since this can also impact the tracking.

Mine did the same in the middle of a pickleball match. I have not been able to get it to sync since. I cannot even get it to reconnect to blue tooth. I have tried pressing the charger cord button 3 times and waiting more times than I can count. It vibrates with each click but does not illuminate in any way. I have tried changing the outlet as well as the block on the cord. I cannot get the screen to react in any way.
