Charge 5 stopped tracking my data since January 2025

No health data tracking. No fitness tracking after movement. Basically nothing that is a part of a premium account. Any data I see, I entered myself.  I’ve kept it charged. Reset it numerous times. Contacted “Help” to no effect.  At one point I could see flickers of life that someone was doing something. Now nothing.

If the steps that our team has provided did not work, please feel free to contact them back for further assistance. Since you already have a ticket open with them it'd be easier to continue the follow up on this matter with them directly.
