Hi there, @Ed66B. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Charge 5.

Please keep in mind the following to make sure you see your health metrics data:

  • Wear your device for at least 1 full day (during the day and to sleep at night). Check your stats after you wake up in the morning. Note: skin temperature requires 3 nights of data.
  • Make sure the back of your device is in contact with your skin. The band should be snug but not constricting. If you experience any discomfort, loosen the band, and if it persists give your wrist a break by taking it off.
  • Most metrics require at least 3 hours of quality sleep. If you move a lot during your sleep or the sleep session is too short, you might not get a reading.
  • To track your blood oxygen saturation. For more information, see How do I track blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) with my Fitbit device?

For more detailed information, see What should I know about health metrics in the Fitbit app?

Doesnt answer how to resolve the issue. I wear my fitbit constantly, but today no sleepscore, zone minutes or health metrics are registering. Only steps, mileage and hourly activity

Best Answer

Same here , for last three days, very annoying as done everything I should have. Just hoping it will fix itself somehow!

Best Answer

Mine does the same. No metrics, no sleep levels.

Best Answer

Mines the same for the last week.

Have tried a reset and wear it no differently to how I have always worn it.

Seems to have started after the last app update !!!!

Best Answer

Mines now giving all results. Hopefully it was just an update glitch

Back to square one. No health metrics or zone minutes. No answers on how to resolve this. Wish I'd gone for a Charge 4 as I never had these issues before.

Fitbit, please resolve this as i have always followed the points from your answer. You have a problem with your system or update glitches

Best Answer

So did mine, I did another reset and got data this morning.

It seems you have to reset daily to get data

I see there is a fitbit app update this morning as well - maybe it will fix the issue
