About a week or so ago my Charge 5 stopped reporting Health Metrics, Sleep Score and detailed sleep view and Readiness Score.Anyone else experiencing this?
It still does activity tracking, and still records heart rate data, steps, activity minutes, etc. It's just the overnight analysis that's broken.
I have tried all recommended steps like logging out, clearing cache, resetting device, etc. Doesn't help.

Yes, I have spoken with a few different folks at the support team. I certainly hope they are working on a resolution for my Charge 5 and can figure it out. Also, I noticed you said Luxe. I don't have a Luxe.
