The device had suddenly alot of trouble with the battery getting low very fast. Then the notification of the update came, so i updated it and afterwards it appeared to work but now the heart sensor isnt registrating any values and resetting, restarting and reconnecting hasnt fixed it. Any other options or support?

Hi, @Atillae , have you checked to make sure that the Heart Rate sensor is on (are the lights flashing?). Sometimes when you update your Fitbit the settings aren’t always preserved, so it is worth checking this.
From the clock face on your Charge 5 please swipe down until you come to the settings menu. Tap to open and then swipe up to Heart Rate. Tap to toggle heart rate on or off. If Heart Rate is set to on, but doesn’t seem to be working, tap to toggle off, sync and then toggle back on again. Then sync again (the sync ought not to make a difference, but the Moderators do advise syncing each time). Do check to make sure that the LEDs are flashing as these need to be working for HR detection.

sadly the syncing didnt help. There is no led flashing and also the battery is drained in 6 hours which normally takes 3 days to be drained.
