The first recommended troubleshooting step is to restart your Charge 5. If you can get to the Settings menu on the device, you can restart it that way. The other way is to use the charging cable that came with your Charge 5. Click the link if you would like instructions on: How to restart the Charge 5 Please be aware that it might take a few restarts to get your device "unstuck" and back to working normally.
