My charge 5 is very new. I purchased on 7/2. It worked great for 1 week. After plugging in to charge, it no longer reads my readiness (it says to wear while I sleep, which I obviously am since it gives me a sleep score), on the device display, it no longer shows my heart rate. It is not showing my workouts & subsequent heart rates & zone scores. After reading all the notes in this group, I see that there are nothing but problems with this product. Am wondering if I should send it back and replace with a Versa 4? I had a Versa Lite for almost 7 years and would still be using it, but it is no longer able to hold a charge for more than 48 hours. I like the look & feel of the Charge 5, but not if it is unable to perform & report what it is supposed to. I am synched to an android device, samsung galaxy.
