Welcome to the Fitbit community, @Michael225a!
Sad to hear that you're having an issue with your Charge 5 not tracking your heart rate. First of all, please check if HR tracking is activated on your device. To do so just swipe down from the clock face to reach your device's settings. After having tapped Settings, swipe down until you find Heart Rate and make sure this is enabled. Also please check if the sensors on the back of your device are clean, and try to wear your Charge 5 a bit tighter to give the sensors better skin contact.
If HR tracking still isn't working, I'd suggest restarting your device following these instructions:
1.) Connect your Charge 5 to the charging cable which has to be connected to a power source.
2.) Press the button located on the USB plug of the charger 3 times within 8 seconds, holding each press for about 1 second(!).
3.) Wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.

Got it squared away. I had to do a complete reset. All good now! Thanks.
