My Charge 5 has stopped displaying my HR and has no lights visible on the back.
I have tried to reset it using both the display screen and the charger cable reset methods - it doesn’t seem to reset and the HR still does not display.
I have tried turning HR off and on again in the display settings.
I have cleaned the back of the screen with a soft cloth.
I have not changed my band and it is done up in the same setting as previously when the HR did work.
Nothing has worked. My HR does not display and there are no lights in the back of the screen.
