My Charge 5 has stopped tracking my heart rate about a month ago. I have tried turning heart rate off and on, syncing, resyncing, restarting on watch and charging cord, cleaning sensors, tightening band and any other combination of the above. It started again for a day or so after about the 10th time of restarting but has stopped again.  Help please!

In case anyone is interested- I changed the clock face today and that seems to have fixed the problem of no heart rate reading.  🤞🤞
