No sleep score for 2 days, then it worked some days but now it's missing for 3 days. Everything else works

Hi, @RutJ , In order to receive a sleep score, your Fitbit must detect your sleep stages.
If you are not seeing sleep stages in your app (and therefore not getting a sleep score), the most likely reasons are:
- If you slept in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wore it too loosely. For best results, wear your Fitbit about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone). The band should feel secure but not too tight. If you tend to sleep with your wrist in a highly flexed position this could interfere with a consistent heart rate reading.
- If you used the ”begin sleep now” option in the Fitbit app (instead of simply wearing your device to bed).
- If you slept for less than 3 hours
- If your device’s battery is critically low. Try to make sure the battery is at least 20% charged before bed (30% is even better!)

I see there are loads of people saying their Charge 5 is not recording sleep scores. Nothing offered by Fitbit support works for most. I had a Charge 3 for years. Never missed a sleep score. I had a Charge 5 for a year and all fine. Then, from 8th Dec, no more sleep scores. I haven't changed anything. I have also run though all of the steps suggested by Fitbit Support and others on this forum. E.g. restart Charge 5, factory reset Charge 5, log off App and log back in, delete app and reinstall.
Any further ideas welcome.

Only difference is my battery life quickly decreased, and not will not hold a charge. It charges up to 99% when on the charger. Never reaches 100% even after being on the charger almost a whole day. Still at 99%. Earlier, it was also doing the same thing and when I took it off the charger, it immeadiately died. And when I plugged it back on the charger, it brought up the fitbit icon and then goes blank and if I checked it a little while after letting it sit, it showed it was charging but only was showing 1% charge

Mine started doing this a few weeks ago where my sleep doesn't show up. Also a lot of my other things don't show up such as steps and activity. I've installed the lates firmware update and done all of your suggestions and none of them work. I never had issues with my previous Fitbits, I only have constant problems with the Charge 5.

This is really boring. No sleep score for two days (happens now and then) and then I only get a short information about my sleep. First time ever and nothing is changed so I don't understand why. And I've done everything you recommend. Furthermore the zone mins doesn't work all the time either.
