My charge 5 suddenly stopped giving me my sleep log. Ever since I did the latest update. I used to be able to see my deep, REM and awake as well as my oxygen saturation. Has this happened to anyone?

I'm seeing the sleep log in my app. . .I'm not seeing it on my Charge anymore. It just seems weird ever since the update.

I am having the same issue. Hope there will be a fix from Fitbit. I have tried all the steps like unpairing, restarting, hard boot, etc. and the sleep hours is not showing on the Charge 5.

I'm having the same issue. Been happening on and off for a year now You know fitbit has no answers otherwise we would see them reply to our comments, but they don't.

I am also having this problem. It has been just over a week since I have had any sleep information. I will not be renewing my premium membership. I have tried all the suggestions and nothing seems to fix the problem.
