Charge 5 stopped tracking my sleep

I moved to Google today. The sleep for this morning said that I was only asleep for an hour. Although I have added the time, the log doesn't give the stages. I am hoping this is only a one day issue but am wondering if under Google sleep no longer tracks?

Hello @Tootsie617

Whether or not you migrated your Fitbit account to your Google account should not have an impact on your device tracking your sleep.

When I had to edit my sleep log start or wake up times, I noticed that it would often take a while before the sleep stages graph would update. Sometimes, it would be around an hour or so before the app would update the graph. Hopefully, you will see the updated graph before the end of the day.

Hello @RiekoC

There is still no information detail for sleep today. I posted several hours ago there is still no detail. I will see what happens over night tonight.

Hello @Tootsie617

Thanks for the update. Although it's not a good sign that you still haven't seen any update to your sleep data, I truly hope that it will eventually appear. 🤞

Fitbit devices are supposed to retain up to 7 days of tracked data. So, if your device did track your sleep stages, it should show up.

Mine stopped tracking my sleep. And lately I’ve been getting a blank screen -can though it’s charged. I’ve enjoyed my Fitbits over the past 8 years, but based on the comments in this forum,  I’m thinking it’s time on move on

Hello @RiekoC,

I received my sleep data for last night this morning (5/31 to 06/01/24). The data for the day before is incomplete. Other data such as sleep, over night breathing rate, SpO2 and heart rate are missing for the prior day (12:45 AM 05/31/2024 to 9:30 AM). This is very strange. I haven't poked around this site. It had vey high activity yesterday so  other people may have been searching for similar issues.
