Hi there, @Crusermac51. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with your Charge 5.

To better assist you, would you mind letting me know where the steps are not showing up? Is it on your Charge 5 or the Fitbit app? If this issue is with your Charge 5 itself, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

On the other hand, if the issue is with the Fitbit app, please try the following:

  1. Check if the Fitbit app is updated.
  2. On your phone's settings, tap Apps > Fitbit > Storage > Clear Cache.
  3. Go back one screen and tap Force Stop.
  4. Reboot your phone.
  5. Check again if your data is syncing.
