My charge 5 is not tracking my steps or sleep. It still shows the time & heart rate. What is going on? How do I fix this?

Hi there, @Michelesea. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 5 has stopped tracking your sleep and steps data. I understand your concern, I'll do my best to help you with this! 

To better assist you, may I know if the data you're missing is on your Charge 5 or the Fitbit app? If the data is only missing on the Fitbit app, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?Why won't my Fitbit device sync? 

On the other hand, if the data is missing on your Charge 5 itself, please restart your Fitbit device once again as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data.
