Charge 5 stopped tracking sleep score after 3 months. Shows wrong date.

My Charge 5 stopped tracking my sleep score after 3 months.  I wear it snugly above my wrist to sleep and keep it clean.  I’ve charged it fully and restarted on a few different days but still no tracking.

Then after 4 months it stopped showing the right date.  I charged it fully again and restarted twice but still shows wrong date (three days ahead).

I would appreciate any help.  Thanks.

  • Your Fitbit app is up-to-date
  • Your Charge 5 firmware is up-to-date
  • Check your timezone settings

@charleskn Thank you for the help!  My Charge 5 now displays the right time and tracks my sleep score.  I followed these steps:

• Deleted my Fitbit app.  Uploaded current Fitbit app

• Restarted my Charge 5

• App on my iPhone automatically synced with my Charge 5
