Charge 5 stopped tracking

During the night Charge 5 stopped tracking and battery drained from 97% to 52%. Was able to finally get it to start tracking about an hour ago. Firmware 57.2000.177.58. Edited sleep log on app but only generalized data--no specifics on sleep.  What happened?
