Charge 5 stopped working after I went into the pool

I went into the pool with my watch Charge 5 and it immediately stopped working. It was minutes of him in the water with a depth of 1m

Hi, @julianabr! That's really unfortunate. I have submerged mine multiple times with no issues, it's definitely designed to be able to be submerged. I would suggest getting in touch with Fitbit Support directly.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and your experience with the Charge 5. I'm sorry to see that your device is no longer working after using it in the pool. 

I've been informed that you already contacted the Customer Support team for further assistance with this and it seems they've provided you with some instructions. In this case, they will let you know how to proceed.
