Charge 5 stopped working after a short swim

This is supposed to be water proof to a depth of 50m , I don't expect a short swim in a 3 m pool to stop it from working

Thanks for sharing this situation with us. 

Can you see something on the display of your Charge 5? I suggest you try this:

  • Restart your Fitbit:
  • Clean the contacts of the watch with a toothbrush and fresh water and gently clean the pins on the charging cable with a cotton swab and some rubbing alcohol.
  • After that, charge the watch for 30 minutes using a different USB port on a computer or other UL-certified wall charger.
