The day before I went away for a couple of weeks I was caught in a heavy cloudburst. I noticed later in the day after I got home. The App warned me the power was low, which is strange because I'd only charged it a couple of days previously. Anyway, there was no response from the watch so I put it on charge. It vibrated when I connect the charger so I assume it was going to charge. I checked after a couple of hours and there was no life. I tapped a good few times but nothing. I left it for another hour or so, but still no life whatsoever.
I assume the rainwater affected it, even though the specs say it is water resistant to 50 metres.
I purchased it (via Amazon) in November 2022, so it's not even a year old. I assume there is a one year warranty? I have tried to contact Customer Support by phone but the number provded on your help / support web page doesn't work (tried multiple times over two hours this morning) and it just responds "Sorry, this system's busy, please try again later" and it hangs up.
HELP... I am missing it!

I had the same results although my error was forgetting to take it off when I went in the sea. Chat wasn’t much help either. At this point, I just want my data from the last time I synced, September 18. I don’t want to buy a new one but it looks like I may have to.
