Charge 5 stopped working after exercise

My charge 5 is only seven months old since being replaced  and stopped working after exercise.

Sad to hear that you're having issues with your Charge 5. As a first step to get your device back up and running, I'd suggest restarting it by closely following these instructions as timing is crucial for this procedure:

1.) Connect your Charge 5 to the charging cable which has to be connected to a reliable power source.
