My "waterproof" Charge 5 was in the pool less than 2 minutes. That was two weeks ago. At first it didn't work at all. It's gradually come back except the sensors don't work and the battery lasts only 2 - 3 days (which I can live with). The sensors did work at one point, but there are no green lights now at all and it doesn't record any activity, heart rate, etc. This Fitbit is a 1.5 years old, and is advertised to be water resistant, so I'm super annoyed. Does anyone know if the sensors can be replaced (and is it worth it to do so)?

Hello there, @JerseyGirl1958. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear about your Charge 5. I understand how you must be feeling.
If your device got wet, it’s important to take it off and dry it well before putting it back on. On the other hand, if your device has come into contact with any liquid other than fresh water, you should clean it with fresh water and a soap-free cleanser and dry it with a lint free-cloth.
If you've done the above but to no avail, may I know if your Charge 5 vibrated during the restart process? If it didn't, I'd recommend trying the steps below:

It's been almost 3 weeks now since the Fitbit got wet. It has short periods of time when it works perfectly, but then within a day or so reverts back to the issues I've been having all along. Unfortunately, I've tried all the steps you've recommended, multiple times, and I still do not have a functioning Fitbit. 😞
