18 month old device. Water proof to 50 meters, don't think so
At $180 that is $10 month
Doing dishes and stopped working. Looked at back and could see tiny drops of water on sensors.
Put in bag of rice to try and dry moisture out
Any other techniques for a wet Charge 5?

Hi @Driven101 be sure you get out as much moisture as possible before trying to charge it, as often the dampness of the device will fry the battery. Some people have used a hair dryer to speed up the process.

Hi there, @Driven101. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your new Luxe is still crashing itself suddenly. I understand how annoying this can be, I will do my best to help you with this!
If your device has come into contact with any liquid other than fresh water, you should clean it with fresh water and a soap-free cleanser and dry it with a lint free-cloth.
If you've done the above but to no avail, I'd recommend trying the steps below:
Have you tried what @Odyssey13 has recommended?

Actually the bag of rice adsorbed the water from inside the Fitbit.
You could see tiny bubbles oh water on the small sensors inside.
Now that is gone and it works.
Metal plate on back fell off as well. Have to work out my own fix
