Good evening all.
My charge 5 won't work after going swimming with it yesterday, I sat swimming. I sat in the shallow part of the baby pool.
It's showing a red light on the charge section that won't go off.
Can anyone help?

This seems to be an ongoing issue for a number of users of this "Swim Tracker" device.
Contact customer service and request a replacement for your defective charge 5.

Yah thing is if ya don't go into your setting on the device itself and but it in "water-lock" mode it'll get wet inside. They don't do a very good job of explaining that to people. For safety reasons I'd replace it! Battery could be corroded and could cause a problem.
