Mine stopped working after 3 months on use. I did actually swim withit all Christmas holidays and had No broblem but just after 20 minutes in the pool with kids last week it first stopped counting steps, then no hearth rate and the battery would last maybe half a day.
The shop I bought it from tells me to contact Fitbit. The fitbit Australian website doesn’t have an email to contact and I’m not calling US and I don’t want to create a Twitter account just to get customer service!
After years of using Fitbit Charge (since charge 2) I am really disappointed.
