I own a Fitbit Charge 5. I went swiming today and enabled swim excersise/water lock. After swimming, the screen has not shown anything at all.
I have to press firmly and nothing has happened and I have also tried pressing the button on the charger cable and force restarting the device, and even changing the clock on the front. Nothing has happened and it seems to be broken. Any ideas on what I should do?

Mine did the same after swimming over the weekend. Not the first time in the pool with it either. I had it sitting on my end table since Sunday (when it stopped working) and today I came home from work and it was working. I did reset it in trying to revive it, not sure if that helped anything in the big picture.
