So I know I’m not the only one who has had this problem but I should have read the forums before I took it swimming because now I feel ripped off, I was super it was waterproof enough for swimming, I mean there’s water lock and an exercise option for swimming? How could it not be? Well I was wrong. I was in the water and noticed the display started glitching and so I took it out immediately and tried to dry it off, it kept glitching and eventually stopped turning on (also the lights on the back that usually flash green, were/are red) I got home from my vacation and this morning I decided to try putting it on the charger, turns out it was dead, so I thought I was all good, except that was 4 hours ago when I put it on the charger at 13%, it is now at 11%. I am very upset because it is heavily implied that it can sustain under 50 meters of water, it was a swimming pool, it was not even 2 meters deep

Welcome to the Fitbit community, @caprialtracks!
Sad to hear about your experiences after having used your Charge 5 while swimming. As Charge 5 in general is very well meant to be used for swim tracking and you seem to have followed all guidelines in terms of wear and care when doing so, your device obviously is faulty. Thus I'd suggest to contact Fitbit support for further advice:
