I went swimming and placed charge 5 in water 5, within 10 minutes rge screen had gone black, I came home and left it to dry in rice but the screen with not turn on, I do the 3 buttons and the fitbit logo appears but then it goes black again. Please help, I've only had it 3 days?

Hi there, @Littleangie2. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that your Charge 5 has stopped working after swimming with it. Thanks for the steps you've tried so far, I will do my best to help you to sort this out!
If your device got wet, it’s important to take it off and dry it well before putting it back on. On the other hand, if your device has come into contact with any liquid other than fresh water, you should clean it with fresh water and a soap-free cleanser and dry it with a lint free-cloth.
If you've done the above but to no avail, may I know if your Charge 5 vibrated during the restart process? If it didn't, I'd recommend trying the steps below:

Yes I felt the vibration, the fitbit is now able to start but goes off within the hour?
