My Charge 5 died after swimming. I contacted customer support (online chat) and complete all the troubleshooting they have suggested. I have attempted to get back in touch with customer support through both online and phone, but to no avail. I do have a case number if that is any help. I’m not sure what to do from here on out since I cannot chat with anyone. Case number 52653027.
