Charge 5 stopped working after swimming

My charge 5 screen remains black after I wore it while swimming in a pool and it won’t respond to charging.

I’ve followed the instructions re; pressing the button 3 times within 8secs on the charger without success.

This Fitbit charge 5 is quite new, only purchased a couple of months ago.

Plus I’ve had trouble syncing it each day this past week. I’ve had to turn off and on my Bluetooth and reconnect the app.

Any ideas.?

Sad to hear that your Charge 5 isn't working properly. As you've already tried to restart it without success and considering that your device should be covered by warranty, I'd suggest contacting Fitbit support to get further assistance:
