This is my first post here, although I've been a long-time user of Fitbit. I'm reaching out to discuss my non-functional Charge 5 after a firmware update. Unfortunately, despite following all the instructions provided by the support team, the device remains completely unresponsive. They assured me that they would escalate the issue to their team and provide an update later. However, I can only give them a limited window of 24 to 48 hours before I begin considering alternative brands to Fitbit. It's disheartening because I've always been a fan of Fitbit's charge wristbands and have had positive experiences with the Charge 2 and 3 models in the past. The Charge 5 was especially exciting for me due to its vibrant display, built-in GPS, and impressive battery life. However, this unfortunate incident of the device being bricked, which is not my fault, has made me seriously contemplate exploring other options.

please sync your Charge 5 to your phone.
Once done, try changing the clock face.
Hope this helps.
