My Charge 5 is dead after the latest update. It was working fine before. The battery started discharging rapidly but still working. No it won’t even charge.

No use. It went from discharging every 7 days to discharging in less than an hour in one day. I put it on the charger for days before it comes back to life and goes from 100% to 0% in about 40 minutes. I did everything on the list and it did not help.

Schleppy, they are not listening. They know the firmware update is bricking watches, but they continue to push the update. Then, they try to get you to buy another watch to increase their profits. They purposely destroy your watch to make you buy it again. Can you imagine if Windows, Apple, or Tesla tried this scam?
