Fit stopped working all of a sudden 

What can I do to fix this ?

How do I restart my Fitbit device? - Fitbit Help Center provides advice & guidance. This video demonstrates the process.

Hi, @Ak2116, I'm sorry to hear your problem has not gone away. Is your Charge 5 battery fully charged? Check the Fitbit app on your phone. If it is not showing charge review this article Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? - Fitbit Help Center If fully discharged it will need at least 60 minutes on a live USB socket before you see any sign of life.
