Why does my Fitbit Charge 5 stop working when  I reach 150 active zone minutes in one day remains on 149 active zone minutes. I want to be able to edit active zone minutes like I can edit other statistics also the strap is rubbish and other straps should be available

Hi, it's good to see you visiting the community forums for the first time, @Stuartwebb26

Thanks for your inquiry regarding the Active Zone Minutes on your Charge.

Keep in mind that to start, your goal is to earn 150 Active Zone Minutes each week. The American Heart Association recommends at least 150 minutes of moderate activity or 75 minutes of vigorous activity, or a combination of both, each week. If you earn an average of 22 Active Zone Minutes daily, you meet this recommendation, but you can change your goal based on your needs. To update our goal in the Fitbit app, you can check this article

Regarding the wristbands, thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. If you have a specific idea, you can also shared it here in the Product Feedback section

Hello @Stuartwebb26

That doesn't sound right. Your Charge 5 should continue to track Active Zone Minutes. Where do you see the Active Zone Minutes getting stuck at 149? On the device or the app or both? Have you tried doing a restart either from the device setting or by using the button on charging cable to see if that gets your Charge 5 "unstuck" so it properly tracks your Active Zone Minutes?
