Hello fitbit community
Just wanted to share my experience with you lovely stepping community.
My strap is peeling! Please see pics attached.
No support from customer service sadly.
They claim it's not covered under warranty.
Clearly this is a manufacturing defect.
I have heard similar issues with other users.
Look forward to your input and similar grievance:)

Sorry to say, I don't see it in those pics. But my advice on straps is usually to look at third-party straps on Amazon. A wide variety of colors, styles, materials and can often get a set of different colors for less than one official replacement; and without the time and hassle of trying for warranty replacement.
