Charge 5 stuck in restart cycle.

Charge 5 crashed. Got the Red X. Used 3 pulse reboot on charger. Red X gone, but stuck in restart.

 

Cycle is as follows: Fitbit logo, pair bluetooth, clock face shows, crash cycle repeats.

 

I have tried the 3 pulse restart 5 times.
