My Charge5 started vibrating and blinking the logo yesterday. Now the screen is blank and wont respond. Plugged it in to charge and synced this morning and was successful but it will not charge. 2 attempts at restarting but charge is now ay 1% and it is not charging.

Hi there, @ScottWes. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post and your time in trying to solve the battery issue with your Charge 5. I'll do my best to get you back on track.
Sometimes a Fitbit doesn’t seem to be charging when actually the issue is that it has become unresponsive (this can happen if the battery has been allowed to discharge completely). I'd recommend putting it on to charge on a charging wire and outlet known to be working. Leave it on the charger for a good two hours, even if it doesn’t seem to be charging.
When it has had two hours, try restarting your Charge 5. I would recommend trying this maybe twice in a row if a first try doesn’t work.

I charged for several hours and have tried to restart my Charge5 4-5 times. It vibrates with each of the button presses and shows the icon after a few seconds, but that is it. No other response from the Charge and still a blank screen. I will continue to charge and try again in the morning but I think my next step may be to reset it to factory new settings. Is that right?

Hi Scott. If you open your Fitbit-app, can you see any results there? Or did you did not wear your watch since then. I would suggest to wear the watch for a while and look in your app if it registered anything. Mine for instance was also dead for a while. My screen is "on" now again after double tapping, but it stays on the same screen, is not changing when you tap it. My app is still registering my steps. (my sleep only for a few hours)

I have been wearing my fitbit all day and there are no metrics posted to the app. I have again tried to reset the tracker but no changes. Looking for what to do next if anyone has any suggestions

Is there anything else I can try? My device is still blank. I attached it to the charger overnight and reset it 3-4 times this morning. I have been wearing it today but nothing is happening and no metrics are on the app.
