Charge 5 stuck on Fitbit logo and it won't charge

I got fitbit charge 5 , only been using for about 11 months as got for Christmas last year.  It not charging it got fitbit logoand suck on that. Not syncing to my phone won't go on.  I try clean it and wipe it even try to set up again, on my phone by nothing.. I try reset via the charge but nothing stay on the fitbit logo. It been on charge all  night and most of today.  Any ideas.  Thanks

Hi there, @Maddie6. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 5 is not responding. Thanks for taking the time to troubleshoot the issue prior to posting here, I understand where your concern is coming from. I'll be glad to continue assisting you.

In addition to the steps you've tried, please try the following steps while your Charge 5 is connected to the charging cable:

  • Unpair your Charge 5 from your phone's Bluetooth and also make sure it's no longer connect to your Fitbit app. 
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Charge 5 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Charge 5.

If you can't get started with your Charge 5, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? 

If the above doesn't work and you don't feel any vibration while performing a restart, please try the steps provided here Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

Once you make sure that your Charge 5 is charging, try the steps above one more time.

I have the r act same issue and it’s frustrating. I’ve done several “different” troubleshooting that the chat and manual suggested. From pushing buttons to Taking it off Bluetooth and restarting. I’ve had several Garmins, polar and other types of watches. I’ve never experienced anything like this.

My fitbit stiilll under warranty. So sending back to the place I purchased it from. Being collected via courier for free. Just get a exchange.. so new on  the way. Thanks for everyone who sent the information.  On how to fix it.  Though I did try everything. I'm just using the old charge 4 fit bit now. Till my new one comes. That still work gr8. Even though not use for pass 11month. Thanks.

If under warranty. U could get Exchange. That what I done.  Getting collected and sending new one out.
