I have the exact same issue as Kandise. My Charge 5 is stuck on the Fitbit logo. This all started several days ago when I restarted my Charge 5 from the watch and not in the app. I went to put the Charge 5 on after restarting a day later and this is when I discovered the Charge 5 was stuck on the Fitbit logo. Here's what I've tried, but nothing has fixed the issue:
It would be great if this could be resolved ASAP. I've had to revert back to using my Charge 2 with a cracked screen 😞
