Like Lcbattle comment, charge 5 screen blank or if I put it on charge only Fitbit symbol shows. Tried pushing charge button 3 times, uninstalled app and reinstalled. Can't pair/sync, it's like the Bluetooth on the watch is not working. Prior to this wallet notification been continually popping up for about a month.

I have the same problem with my Charge 5, only the logo appears. I've tried resetting it by pushing the button in 20 different ways, including 3x in 8 sec. It does vibrate each time I press the button, and then the display goes blank for about 3 seconds and the logo comes back, so it is activating the reset function, just it's still frozen. I did try letting the battery drain to zero, which since the display is active happens in a day or so. I've been working on this for a few days now and seen all the stock replies, none of which work.
