Charge 5 screen shows fitbit logo (13 dots in a diamond pattern) and is unresponsive.
How do I reboot it or reset it?

Mine is doing the same thing. Has been stuck on the logo screen for 2 hours. I have tried to reset, deleted the app, turned off Bluetooth, restarted my phone and still my logo screen just stares at me! 😞 Did you find a solution?
