My Fitbit (Charge 5) was working fine at about 2:30 p.m. EST Sunday September 24. Then we went out for an early dinner and at the restaurant when I looked at my Fitbit to check the time all I saw was a Fitbit logo (little green balls in a tipped square). I couldn't get it to do anything. The screen eventually went black and once we got home I put it on the charger and got the logo back (and a vibration for a couple minutes that then went away) but that's it. The Fitbit will not connect to bluetooth. Did my Fitbit die? Does anyone have a set of steps to follow that can resuscitate my Charge 5 (about 1-1/2 years old)??

Mine is not quite 1 & 1/2 years old and is doing the same thing. It went black and finally when I tried charging it, the Fitbit signal came on like yours and hasn't done anything since.

Unfortunately, from my experience that means your device is Don. Kaput. That’s what happened with my first Fitbit after not quite a year. I was offered an another Fitbit at a discounted price and took it, but have problems with this one as well and fully expect it to die soon. I won’t buy another. There are better fitness trackers options out there.
